Federal Association of Energy and Climate Protection Agencies in Germany (eaD)
The members of the Federal Association of Energy and Climate Protection Agencies in Germany (eaD) promote energy efficiency and the use of renewable energies. With local projects and campaigns, they are setting the pace for the transformation of the energy market. The eaD is the forum for idea exchange and joint lobbying on political institutions, other organizations and media. The members of the eaD realize numerous projects for cost-efficient and environmentally friendly supply and use of energy.
The core areas are:
-Planning and implementation of energy plants
-Advice for the public, business and consumers on energy saving potentials
-Integration of renewable energy sources

Partner of ENEA

During the Buy Smar project ENEA has worked to establish good coocperation with the national actors involved in the development of GPP at national and local level.

Cooperation with national stakeholders: on 1st April 2009, the “Framework Cooperation Agreement” between ENEA, the Ministry for Economy and Finance and CONSIP was signed, aimed at the development of measures related to energy efficiency of end-uses and energy services in the sector of public procurement of goods and services. The Agreement foresees a Technical Annex including GPP. The Action Plan (Technical Annex) of the Agreement titled “New efficient technologies and methodologies in public structures” , was signed on 27th April 2010. It foresees 4 actions to be developed:

1. Collection of the consumption data on the Agreements about real estate-energy and definitions of clusters
2. New technologies and best practices for schools and public buildings and adoptions of innovative proposals and contract
3. Technologies fosr efficient public lighting to be integrated with electric energy production
4. Analysis of the use of Green Procurement and support to further implementation.

Cooperation with regional platforms: ENEA has contavted the regional platforms supporting the procurement of the regional Public Administrations in order to develop . In particular contacts have been established with

By cooperating with authorities, municipalities, businesses and organizations, Position Green will offer a complete and quality assured data base of all eco-labelled products on the Swedish market. PositionGreen is a member of Cleantech Inn Sweden – the Swedish national team in cleantech.
