Save the Date - 6 December 2011 - Clean Vehicle Portal Workshop - implementation of Directive 2009/33/EC

The Clean Vehicle Directive 2009/33/EC was required to be transposed by 4 December 2010. In order to facilitate its implementation within EU Member States, the European Commission launched a Clean Vehicle Portal towards the end of last year. This web-based tool provides information on vehicle life-cycle costs, including environmental costs, as covered by the Directive.

One year on, a workshop will take place in Brussels to discuss the implementation status of the Directive, and the role and impact of the EU Clean Vehicle Portal. Some initial examples of best practice will be shared and new ideas exchanged.
